SANTOS Coffee with Soul started in 2017 with 16 seats at the front of the Casa del Mar hotel and has grown to six locations in Aruba, part of the Dushi Hospitality Group with Matthew's Beachside and M's Crêpe Shack. It serves single-origin Arabica coffee from Colombia, roasted to its specifications in Pereira, along with pastries, snacks and light bites. Other locations are on Zoutmanstraat in Oranjestad, a drive-thru at Tanki Flip, The Cove, Royal Plaza and the airport.
