Quinta del Carmen

Quinta del Carmen is a restaurant in a restored Aruban landmark mansion, about 100 years old, in Bubali. Before becoming a restaurant, the property was a physician's practice, a hospital, the Eagle refinery clubhouse and a family home. It serves Dutch cuisine with Caribbean flair, with an extensive wine collection, and offers dining in its monumental courtyard. It also hosts events.
