Okeanos Spa is in the adults-only Renaissance Marina Hotel at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort in downtown Oranjestad. It offers massages, facials, body wraps, nails and waxing, and hair styling, including aloe-based treatments. Treatments can also be booked in the open-air Spa Coves on Renaissance Island, which the aruba.com listing says now number five (four at Flamingo Beach and one at Iguana Beach). Packages for singles and couples are offered.
