Linda's Dutch Pancakes

Linda's Dutch Pancakes is a family restaurant in Palm Beach opened by Linda in 2001 and now run by her sons using her recipes. The menu centers on Dutch pancakes with savory and sweet toppings cooked in or on top, plus omelets, sandwiches, coffee and cocktails. It offers gluten-free dishes made with dedicated gluten-free flour, which it says made it the first restaurant in Aruba to serve gluten-free food, starting in 2009. An in-restaurant gift shop sells local brands and souvenirs.
