Lima Bistro is a modern Peruvian restaurant in downtown Oranjestad run by chef Teddy Bouroncle, who was born in Lima and previously worked at Arzak in San Sebastian and for Marriott. The menu features ceviches, tiraditos and Peruvian dishes such as lomo saltado alongside international plates. The family-run restaurant has an open kitchen, a star-shaped centerpiece light called Polaris and an outdoor patio near the waterfront. Sister restaurants are Azar and Ever.
