Infini by Urvin Croes

Infini is a chef's table restaurant by Aruban chef Urvin Croes, located at Blue Residences on Eagle Beach. Diners sit at the chef's table for a multi-course tasting menu (press quoted on the site describes 12 courses) and interact with the kitchen through the evening. Infini, meaning 'limitless possibilities', opened in 2020; chef Croes previously ran The Kitchen Table and worked at Grand Hotel Karel V in the Netherlands. It seats up to 18 for private groups and has a rooftop terrace overlooking Eagle Beach.
