Eduardo's Beach Shack is a plant-focused takeaway spot at the Playa Linda Beach Resort on Palm Beach, opened in 2007 by Michelle and Eduardo and now run with their children. It serves smoothies, fresh juices and smoothie bowls, and was renovated in 2023. The family also runs Eduardo's Hideaway and Eduardo's Cabana elsewhere on the island.
