About
Founded in 1997 as a non-profit, volunteer-run organization, the Donkey Sanctuary Aruba cares for a herd of more than 130 donkeys at Bringamosa. Visitors can feed the donkeys from an enclosed porch (apples and carrots are welcome), and for a donation can cuddle a donkey for 15-30 minutes. There is a visitor center with a covered porch, concession stand and gift shop. Access is via the road to Frenchman's Pass, then a short dirt road.
